SEC. 106. APPROPRIATIONS FOR WIRELESS SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATION.
(a) DIRECT APPROPRIATIONS.—In addition to amounts otherwise available for such purposes, there is appropriated to the Public Wireless Supply Chain Innovation Fund established under section 9202(a)(1) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (15 U.S.C. 4652(a)(1)), out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated— (1) $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2022, to remain available until September 30, 2031; and (2) $1,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2023, to remain available until September 30, 2032.
